ARK Systems, Inc., the area’s premier commercial low-voltage electrical systems integrator, is seeking a full-time Operations Administrative Assistant for our Columbia, MD office.
This position provides administrative support to multiple project managers in the operations department to ensure assigned department operations flow smoothly. Ensures that customers, vendors and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner. This position is also responsible for managing tools, equipment, and vehicles for the company.
We are seeking an experienced individual with minimum 5 years administrative experience. General administrative experience in a construction environment is a plus. Candidate must have good oral/written communication skills and must be able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Other requirements include a strong attention to detail, adherence to strict deadlines, and the ability to work well under pressure. Requires competent computer skills using Excel, Word, and integrated accounting systems. A strong customer service focus and attitude is a must!
